CFS is a China-based cold foil manufacturer supplying cold stamping foil rolls, sample kits, technical documentation and application support for label, carton, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, tobacco, wine and general packaging converters worldwide. Our focus is a single product family — metallised PET cold stamping foil — engineered for UV-flexo, UV-offset and sheetfed offset cold-foil modules.
We work directly with overseas converters and brand-side buyers. That means mill-direct pricing, direct technical contact for press-side questions, and shade and reorder consistency held in-house rather than routed through a trading desk.
What we make
Cold stamping foil rolls for inline UV-flexo, UV-offset and sheetfed offset presses — gold, silver, holographic, pigmented and custom Pantone Metallic shades. Rolls ship on 76 mm cores in slit widths from 20 mm narrow-web labels to 1,600 mm sheetfed offset formats.

Frequently asked questions
What is cold foil stamping and how is it different from hot stamping?
Cold foil stamping transfers a metallic layer to a substrate using a UV-cured adhesive printed in the shape of the design, then laminating the foil and curing under UV light. Unlike hot foil stamping, no engraved die or heat is required, which makes it faster, more energy efficient and compatible with heat-sensitive films.
Which substrates work with CFS cold foils?
CFS foils are used on coated paperboards from 200 to 450 gsm, self-adhesive label stocks, BOPP and PET films and PP/PE tube laminates. We recommend a small qualification trial with your own substrate, adhesive and press before production sign-off.
Where are CFS cold foils manufactured?
CFS cold stamping foil is manufactured in China and shipped worldwide from Wenzhou, Zhejiang. We support overseas buyers with sample rolls, technical documentation and application guidance for label, carton, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, tobacco, wine and general packaging converters.
